As always stunning serviceThursday last from A&E 8,5 hours visit which included 4 hours in bay treatment - you guys and girls are angels what you have to put up with. Faultless medical attention, kept informed and treated with upmost care and professionalism just wanted to say thank you . It’s heart breaking to witness you being shouted and moaned at by people with different issues and wanted to say sincere thank you for all you do - it’s appreciated and valued by a bigger majority.
I've been here many times not just for myself but with others. We have always received the best service possible by the excellent staff. Yes sometimes we have had long waits but you can't blame the staff or NHS for that can you. Given the resources available to them they work miracles and should be more rewarded for what they do.

My little lad was on rainbow ward for the day to have an operation on his toe. Even though it was such a small operation, the nurses and rest of the staff were amazing, made sure he was well looked after, I know not many wards in the hospital allow other children / visitors, but they were so welcoming to my other 2 kids (i had no other alternative than to take them with me) I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my children back, should I need to... The staff do not get the recognition they deserve. I can't thank them enough for looking after my little boy
I was admitted there last week after being referred there by the Leigh walk in centre,i spent 3 nights there in total. The doctors that work there are 2nd to none having been in many hospitals over the years, the nurses were friendly and attentive as they could be with patient/staff ratio.Dave in Lowton ward was very good to single 1 out for praise. The shops on site for patients, staff and visitors are good along with change & atm machines that are very handy to have. The wards are clean, the only downside is having to pay for the tv for patients which is extortionate, thankfully they have a free wifi service that is excellent so i did not pay for the tv. Parking can be a nightmare for people at visitng times but this applies to all hospitals. Thank goodness for the NHS sevice and hope it goes on for many more years.

I've been with this surgery all my life and there have been odd bumps in the road over the years but recently I can't fault them. The staff on recrption are really polite and helpful, both face to face and over the phone, I've been able to book appointments within 48 hrs or a few weeks in advance at my request for non urgent issues. The waiting time in the surgery has vastly improved so much over the last year as well. My doctor really listens and is very thorough, Requesting any tests necessary to get to the bottom of the problem. if I've requested phone calls I've received them the same day sometimes within an hour from Dr Mathew, this has saved me going in numerous times with the same ongoing problem. Good advice given during phone calls and Prescriptions have been sent immediately to the chemist next door to be either be collected or delivered next day. Speaking to friends who are registered at other surgeries this one seems so much better. Highly recommended. Only problem is the automated message to tell you when it your turn. Some of the pronunciations are hilarious but then again it does cheer me up whilst waiting
Its alright, but can be awkward getting appointments

This magnificent team of people from volunteers to staff, gave us hope when all was lost. Everybody is gentle, kind, nothing is too much to go that extra mile to make sure your loved one is cared for and you less anxious. The installations are superb, the gardens are a pleasure to walk around and take your loved one out for a stroll in a wheelchair. Thank you to everybody who took care of my Dad.
Really caring staff and volunteers making time here for all the family in times of need
