Not a bad place to get a house share but we had no hot water for over 4weeks it’s only come back on today the boiler guy is fixing it today
Very feiendly, competent staff who will go out of their way to make you feel valued and endeavour to find something to suit your housing needs. Within one day of contacting Bowker lettings we where intoduced to Jason, a charming, flamboyant gentleman who certainly knows his stuff with a no nonsense approach who found us our ideal home. We paid the deposit and shook on a new contract for the house the same day thanks to Denny and Devon in the office pulling out all the stops for us. A very smooth transaction from start to finsh and I would highly recommend Bowker Lettings for anybody who is looking to rent a home. Thanks guys :)

I am currently renting a property threw Diane from Rutter Green I can not tell you how amazing this women is she has made mine and my daughters transition from Manchester to wigan as smooth and easy as it could of possibly been making it a brilliant move to a brand new area for our fresh start not only on a professional level but also on a friendly level making sure I knew were everything was aswell as schooling for my daughter there isn’t anything she didn’t think of!!if your looking for an estate agent then this is the women for you!!i can not rate her and her team high enough a lovely person inside and out that is on hand to help with anything!!☺️
During a very stressful period for me, Diane Green has been incredibly supportive, understanding and helpful through my transition. I have used Borron Shaw to let out my house. This is the first time I have let a property, Borron Shaw gave me all of the information I needed and have been great throughout. My previous review of this business had been a reflection of our experience over the last few weeks. Working in a customer focused environment I always expect the excellent customer first service that i provide when at work. This had been lacking after a series of events and I had rated 1 star only. However, following a conversation with Adrian today my view has been somewhat changed. He listened to the issues we have had. He apologised for the negative experience we had encountered and assured us of his commitment to providing an excellent service. It is his passion, honesty and the fact that he was willing to accept accountability for previous mistakes that has meant we decided to remain with this agent. Our house is back on the market today with some more specific criteria for any sale. Adrian was very helpful and accommodating of our requests and I am now looking forward to a more positive outcome.

I rented my house via Entwistle Green for the first ever time - I was very nervous about the whole process as I had heard a lot of horror stories about tenants and situations. Samantha came out initially for the Valuation appointment and immediately I felt at ease, I ultimately chose Entwistle Green to let my property due to the wealth of Knowledge the staff showed and the comfort of a large reputable company. Karen assisted all the way through the process and was extremely helpful. 4 months down the line - touch wood we have no issues with the lovely tenants they found for me and I am currently on the search for another property to let through them! Entwistle Green Wigan were amazing, it took longer than expected to get into the property but they were there every step of the way to explain what was going on, if we had any questions they were more than happy to answer. The staff and my letting agents were friendly and welcoming, and always made my partner and I at ease. We love our new home and it's all because of entwistle Green.
